At Mystic Six, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sizing may sometimes be an issue, and we’re here to help with that.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we offer a 2-week exchange period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns, only exchanges for sizing issues. If your item is returned damaged, stained, worn, or without the original packaging, we will not be able to process the exchange.
How to Exchange Your Item
To exchange an item, follow these steps:
- Contact us at exchange@mysticsixclothing.com with your order number (which was sent to your email when you made the purchase).
- In your email, mention the article you wish to exchange and the new size you would like.
- We will check if your desired item is in stock. If it is, we will either:
- Provide you with an address to ship the item back to us, or
- Arrange a pickup time and collect the item ourselves, depending on your location.
Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our criteria, we will send you the replacement size.
No Returns
We do not offer returns. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund. We only allow exchanges based on sizing issues within the 2-week period.
